We are tremendously proud of our UAE roots, Flag Day is an annual opportunity to recognise this symbol of UAE success. We held a Flag Raising Ceremony on 02 Nov. 2017 to officially recognize UAE Flag Day.
On 2nd of November 2017, UAE celebrated the National Flag Day which also coincided with the anniversary of the accession of HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed AlNahyan as President of UAE. HH Sheikh Mohammed led the flag day campaign and has called on every Emiratis to participate in this patriotic event. He said, “ the flag demonstrates our unity behind our leader, our love to him and the pledge of the people to be loyal to him as president and leader of UAE. He also directed federal departments and ministries to hoist the flag simultaneously as a symbol of unity of the UAE.
